Founded in 2016 by ICT engineers, GoldNet has grown from integrated telecommunications and software systems into a group of specialist data and analytics practices.
What is GoldNet?
GoldNet Engineering Group Pty Ltd (ABN 13 614 311 492) is a Melbourne-based engineering and technology company established in 2016. It organises its commercial services through specialist practices: CrashStats (road safety intelligence), GoldNet Data (data engineering and analytics) and GoldNet Systems (software and service design). GoldNet Engineering Group Pty Ltd is the contracting party for all of them. Every proposal identifies the responsible practice, the contracting entity, scope, data-handling requirements and intellectual-property arrangements. Client identities and government-class datasets are never published.

- 2019E-learning and analytics platforms; the data practice forms around cloud and geospatial work.
- 2022Road crash analytics becomes the group's main line; the CrashStats platform and its public dashboards launch.
- 2025Automated, reviewable analytics pipelines in production for transport-agency work.

Sabour Khosravi — Director
Founder and managing director. A road safety engineer and data practitioner who leads the CrashStats practice and the group's engineering. He also leads an academic research practice at a university research centre, run separately from the group's commercial work.
Associates and specialists
The group works with a bench of senior data engineers, software engineers and road safety specialists who join engagements as the scope requires. We scale the team to the clock.
